Psychologist (General or Provisional) or Behaviour Support Practitioner – NDIS

Salary: Up to $120,000 + Super + KM Reimbursement

Cornerstone Medical Recruitment is representing a respected NDIS provider seeking a Registered or Provisional Psychologist or Behaviour Support Practitioner to deliver high-quality psychological and behaviour support services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychological and behaviour support aligned with participants’ NDIS goals
• Conduct assessments and develop Positive Behaviour Support Plans
• Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and allied professionals
• Ensure services meet NDIS and quality standards
• Maintain clear and timely documentation
• Participate in supervision and ongoing professional development

Requirements

• General or Provisional registration with AHPRA (Psychologist) OR a degree in Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Sciences, or related health/disability fields (Behaviour Support Practitioner)
• Experience or a strong interest in disability and NDIS services
• Knowledge of restrictive practices and the PBS Capability Framework
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Licences & Checks

• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check (or state equivalent)
• Current valid Driver’s Licence
